"Polly is an anatomy and spirituality geek who emphasises on the importance of being gentle with the self, rather than aiming to stretch and push the tissues, she focuses on embodying the tissues in their movements creating body intelligence. She aims to guide you to tune in to the body's gentle whisper to unwind and let go.
You don't need to be flexible to join
My classes are for all levels, one my favourite students is 74 and when she joined she couldn't stand on one leg or lie flat and she's is excelling now. I always say starting yoga is like a good night out dancing; if you look good you're probably doing it all wrong! It's about feeling good and letting go not posing and postures.
Come and enjoy yourself who cares how far away your toes are!

In the rainbow room Yoga with Polly can host classes of up to 4 people privately so you can join your friends together and enjoy the session without worrying about coming to class.

Yoga is scrumptious! This practice is a treat for the nervous and endocrine systems rebalancing and recharging, reconnecting with the self and the Earth and getting a good stretch too!
All one on one therapy sessions include Physical exercises, Breathing Exercises & Guided Relaxation as well as nutritional advice, detox advice, emotional kinesiology, coaching and muscle testing & sometimes we add a little relaxing massage to the session to no extra cost,
